כללי
מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף כשאתם גולשים באתר my-dns.co.il ("האתר"), המופעל על ידי MY-DNS, איך אנחנו משתמשים בו ומה הזכויות שלכם. אנחנו אוספים רק את המידע הדרוש להפעלת האתר ולמתן מענה לפניות.
מה אנחנו לא אוספים
אין באתר הרשמה, חשבונות משתמש או טפסים שנשמרים בשרתים שלנו. אנחנו לא משתמשים בקובצי Cookie למעקב או לפרסום, ולא מוכרים מידע לאף אחד.
מידע טכני
האתר מאוחסן בשירות Cloudflare. כמו בכל אתר, בזמן הגלישה מועבר מידע טכני, כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן והעמוד שהתבקש. המידע משמש להצגת האתר, לאבטחתו ולהגנה מפני תקיפות.
אנחנו משתמשים ב־Cloudflare Web Analytics כדי לדעת כמה אנשים מבקרים באתר. הכלי מציג נתונים מצטברים בלבד ואינו משתמש בקובצי Cookie.
העדפות שנשמרות בדפדפן
אם תאשרו זאת בהודעת הפרטיות, נשמור בדפדפן שלכם (ב־Local Storage) את השפה ואת מצב התצוגה שבחרתם, כדי שהאתר ייפתח כך גם בביקור הבא. אם תבחרו "לא, תודה", ההעדפות לא יישמרו, ורק ההחלטה עצמה תישמר כדי שלא נציג את ההודעה שוב.
המידע הזה נשמר במכשיר שלכם בלבד, לא נשלח אלינו, ואפשר למחוק אותו בכל עת דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
פניות דרך טופס יצירת הקשר
יצירת קשר איתנו מתבצעת דרך טופס של Google Forms. המידע שתמלאו בטופס, כמו שם, פרטי התקשרות ותוכן הפנייה, נשמר בשירות של Google. אנחנו משתמשים בו רק כדי לחזור אליכם ולתת את השירות שביקשתם. השימוש בטופס כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
שיתוף מידע
אנחנו לא מעבירים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים, מלבד ספקי השירות שמפעילים עבורנו את האתר ואת הטופס (Cloudflare ו־Google), או אם נידרש לכך על פי דין.
שמירת מידע ואבטחה
פניות נשמרות כל עוד הן נחוצות לטיפול בהן ולקשר העסקי איתכם, או כפי שנדרש על פי דין. אנחנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים לאבטחת המידע, כולל חיבור מוצפן (HTTPS) והגדרות אבטחה בשרת. עם זאת, אי אפשר להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת מפני כל פריצה.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע השמור עליכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. לבקשות כאלה פנו אלינו דרך טופס יצירת הקשר.
קישורים לשירותים חיצוניים
האתר מקשר לשירותים חיצוניים, כמו Google Forms. על השימוש בשירותים האלה חלה מדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

General
This policy explains what information is collected when you browse my-dns.co.il (the "site"), which is operated by MY-DNS, how we use it and what your rights are. We only collect the information needed to run the site and to respond to inquiries.
What we don't collect
The site has no sign-up, user accounts or forms stored on our servers. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we don't sell information to anyone.
Technical information
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the requested page is transmitted while you browse. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect it against attacks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. It shows aggregated data only and does not use cookies.
Preferences saved in your browser
If you accept in the privacy notice, we save your chosen language and theme in your browser (in Local Storage), so the site opens the same way on your next visit. If you choose "No, thanks", your preferences are not saved; only the decision itself is stored, so we don't show the notice again.
This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
Inquiries through the contact form
You contact us through a Google Forms form. The information you enter, such as your name, contact details and message, is stored by Google. We use it only to get back to you and provide the service you asked for. Your use of the form is also subject to Google's privacy policy.
Sharing information
We don't share personal information with third parties, except the service providers that run the site and the form for us (Cloudflare and Google), or when required by law.
Retention and security
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle them and for our business relationship with you, or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect information, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and server security settings. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us through the contact form.
Links to external services
The site links to external services, such as Google Forms. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
